Congratulations to the 2020 winner “Ardook”
We are thrilled to announce that this year’s winner of the Social Impact Award is the project Ardook!!! The Armenian company Artook, meaning “to iron”, provides a way for mothers of kids with inabilities to get a chance to work, by providing ironing services at their homes.
TPG provided mentoring sessions with all four finalists who shared their projects, dreams, and hopes to scale in the future, despite the present-day war and turmoil in Armenia.

Founded in 2009, Social Impact Awards host education and incubation programs for early-stage entrepreneurs across the globe, including 5 continents and 15 countries. They focus on business solutions to combat a variety of societal challenges. In addition to giving seeding and awards, Social Impact Awards also hosts entrepreneurial workshops and promote networking opportunities among high-performing teams.
